CRR 2.2 is the new version of the personal desk call recorder offered by Algo Solutions. The CRR 2.2 introduces new functions such as:

- Simplified screens
- Redesigned search and statistics options
- Defined user for data deployment
- Real-time monitoring for call records using Algo’s Visual Alerter or Strobe Light
- Monitoring options for incoming calls and message waiting
